North America again registered as having the most number (38%) of two-way broadband VSAT sites in the world in 2007. The number is followed by Asia and Latin America at 20% and 15%, respectively. Middle East & North Africa as well as the Sub-Saharan Africa has the least numbers of VSAT sites in the same year at only 7% and 4%, respectively. (Source: Via Satellite, Oct.’08)
