Earlier today at the office, we joked with our bosses about songs, DVDs, MP3s, and who’s going to buy what. One boss suggested that we should invest in the MP3s or DVDs instead of downloading the songs from the internet. I guess her reason was for the music’s quality’s sake — apart from license issues. Well, if you’re conscious about the costs then copying from someone or downloading the songs from the internet would always be the option. Another worry would be on getting our own MP3 players so we could play the music whenever we want. One staff suggested that the boss should buy DVDs for the staff to copy so that we only invest in the players. Well, it doesn’t sound right, and so at the end of the day, no one got what they wanted. The office was so quiet you could hear a pin drop. It could’ve been nicer if there was a cool, classical music played in the background while we finish our Friday routine at work.
