26122007001.jpg26122007002.jpgWhen I graduated from college, I wondered how my future would look like. “Will I be able to work in my chosen field & will I be lucky enough to land a job in a technical environment?”, I asked. No one responded. Yet no one seemed to have a sensible answer though. Engineering has always been my first love. Finishing a business degree on top of my technical base was an added feature. My resume looked a little messy & confusing..where & what I really wanna be, I didn’t know. Should I be in the business or management side, or in the more technical one? Think..choose..decide! I first longed for a job at our very own power company (NAPOCOR) before, but couldn’t find any opportunities..landed a job in one of the telecom giants in the country instead. I didn’t expect myself to be working in a truly, highly technologically advanced company…see the over-emphasis there, I’m not dreaming, I’m already here. Thaicom is the place to be! I enjoyed working in Thaicom as much as I do playing tennis. The people are naturally technical & dynamic. Fast-m040920071.jpgoving so to speak! :)

What do we have in Thaicom? Oh, you will be surprised! Even our antenna farm has grown a number of antenna & satellite dishes in all sizes pointed to every direction possible. We have services ranging from transponder leasing (telecommunications trunking, Int’l VSAT, rural telephony, occasional transponder usage), video broadcasting (teleport, DTH, channel distribution, global television), internet via satellite (protrunk simplex, protrunk asymmetrical duplex, protrunk symmetrical full duplex, turnkey) to broadband satellite services via IPSTAR.

How super technical I become now, I have no idea. Yet, I remain the same person..longing for more pluses & less minuses..& continue to enjoy tennis the same. Longing for more ideas that are beyond my borders, too. More power! :)
