Christmas celebration is very traditional. Every December, millions of homes across the world are decorated with Christmas trees & fairy-like sparkling lights but how much do we really know about this festive holiday? Here are some tidbits…

Dec.24: Christmas Eve—Dec.25: Christmas Day—Dec.26: Boxing Day (in U.K. & Commonwealth countries) or Feast of St. Stephen (in Catholic countries)—Jan.6: Christmas Day (in Armenian Apostolic Church)—Jan.7: Christmas on the Julian calendar equiv. to Dec.25 (in Eastern Orthodox Churches). Christmas is a time for families, fun, festivities–a time of family gatherings, holiday meals, hearing mass–a time for Santa, stars, carolers–a time for ornaments, gifts, twinkling lights (see top & right photos of my home’s Christmas nooks), & sleigh rides. It’s an annual holiday that celebrates the birth of Jesus.

I’ll sing & merry-make for Him, my Lord & savior, at home. My WOW MagicSing microphone (for videoke) and my lovely, sweet-sounding Florenze guitar will be my special guests for the holidays. Red wine & candle lights will definitely spice up the Christmas fun.
