Office workloads often steal away important personal details that I wanted to do. For instance, checking exchange rates that would give me an advantage when selling foreign notes and working on a personal pension plan or health insurance coverages apart from the ones that are already being provided by the company. Inquiries concerning the latest offering of my company’s insurance agent on cancer protection have been delayed for 2-3 weeks now. I should’ve already done it since the day I got back to work from a long vacation but my work makes me unable to do any other things right now. Anyways, further studies still need to be done on what exactly is it that I want to do. Here’s a checklist that could help me to decide as to which type of insurance product that I really want.
If I want to — (a) pay my medical expenses, then I need to consider a medical expense insurance, (b) receive a fixed amount of cash when hospitalized, then I should get a hospital cash insurance, (c) pay the cost of any care that I need when I’m too weak to look after myself, a long-term care insurance is required, (d) protect my income when I’m unable to work, a disability income insurance should be bought, or (e) reduce my financial burden when I’m diagnosed with a major illness, say, cancer — then I would definitely need to consider a critical illness insurance.
There’s no more excuse nor any reasons why I should delay getting this very important project done at once. Our HR staff should be able to assist me and I should already get it done sooner. Go, go, Jen! Do what you must do. Well, if you have the same concerns as me, you can also consider the above options and see which ones are more likely suitable for yourself.
