“Salid Thong” is a delicious, deep-fried fish snack made of farmed Sepat Siam (Trichogaster Pectoralis) fish specially prepared in a traditional Thai cooking style for health-conscious individuals.

“Crispy Anchovies” are made from fresh (small) anchovies from the sea, boiled and sun-dried. The dried anchovies are then deep-fried and mixed with seasoning sauce — under a sanitary production process — well-blended red chillies and pure sugar allowing it to spice up a variety of food.
