I admit that I am among those who wish and try hard to stay in best shape as much as possible. I do not deny having a bulging tummy and have saved extra pounds brought about by my pregnancies and as a breastfeeding mom. When my youngest son turned 1, I have been trying to lessen my food intake, especially a cut on my carbohydrates diet, do chores to keep me moving, exercise if I got the chance and I even take slimming tea and diet supplements. Trimming down really is very hard , unless you are determined to accomplish your target strictly and self discipline.
