Yes, it’s still cold outside. Getting up in the morning is a bit too difficult. Me and my sister decided to skip dinner so we don’t have to rush going to and fro restaurants, or face a rough test of the chilly evenings. Skipping dinner also made us think that we’ll be pumping out some extra pounds that we have accumulated during the long festive season — but it does not. Diet supplements may be the answer. It certainly does not hurt us also if we tend to go for veggies or fruits at night. It’s a drastic change to the routine but what else could help if you got too lazy to exercise?
