“Tam Pulamai”, a very popular Thai mixed fruit salad, has now been the core of my daily meals. I love it done slightly hot and spicy with some thinly-sliced green papaya, too. Very appetizing and super yummy! I have this dish included in my daily meals now and sometimes I only have this for dinner — I’m so fine with it, I’m very happy. Recalling my recent encounter with a friend, I couldn’t help but feel embarrassed for having been told how really weighty I look these days. That’s a total disaster that requires serious and prompt action. Eating only “Somtam” or “Tam Pulamai” will not do the remedial job but I guess the help of the best weight loss pill would be necessary.
