My friends and I went to play bowling yesterday right after a heavy meal in an “eat-all-you-can” western restaurant. We manage to complete 5 full games in the hopes of burning the calories that we have just acquired from that huge lunch. Everyone was fully satisfied for paying less for more foods but was so desperately trying hard to burn out the excess baggage that we’ve just put on, in addition to what we’ve already gained, thereafter. That was both a funny and not-funny-at-all experience for all of us! We still feel very full even 8 hours have passed that we were forced to do another 2-hour walking exercise later in the evening. I personally think that the more effective fat burner that will do the job in just a short time is to jog for at least 2 hours every other day for the next 2-3 weeks. I understand that there are a lot of options — jogging is just one of them!
