America has elected a new president, Pres. Barrack Obama, whom the people believed as the leader who could bring a big change. Although I’m still a pro-Hillary Clinton myself but I’ve no issue nor argument to that. Even McCain’s supporters were rock-solid that McCain is the right man for the White House; they could only retreat to finally give Obama a firm salute to what is called a very historical political drama in the U.S. history with Obama being the first Afro-American to hold office as president. Gifts, wishes, greetings, and handshakes were exchanged to celebrate the victory. On the other hand, the entire Kingdom of Thailand will also celebrate on Dec. 5 His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej’s birthday, and surely, the whole Thai nation will merry-make on that very day. Many shops now start to sell gift items and souvenirs in honor of the king; many others prefer to make their own personalized gifts for sentimental reasons. Not only for occasions like these that we give presents to special people but also in some other occasions like graduation or baptism. Personalizing your gift can add more value to the gift itself. It gives more touch to the one who receives it as well.
