Today is truly a great day for ideasbeyondborders.com! Although I already suspected that this would happen sooner than expected due to so much hard work and time invested in making my site a little presentable, competitive and active in the community. The job was a little strenuous and time-consuming, but I had fun doing it all. I also learned from other blogging friends that PPP has been making some adjustments in their approval scheme—I got even more optimistic and waited for the right moment to come. And today it did! I was ecstatic, honestly.
Getting an approval email from PPP has brought so much glee to my day today as I have been longing to become one of its friendly, talented, and active bloggers in the blog network. One of my initial impressions about PPP was that it is to some extent quite high but dynamic in terms of standards (I mean, the previous set requirements!). I have also noticed that it has a good number of talented bloggers who are earning dollars very significantly—some 4-5 digit USD figures!—I could never have imagined without. Yet, this could be their earnings from part-time blogging only, I believe. I was a little hesitant from the start for reasons being that I’m not so keen with computer operations (i.e. coding, code editing, programming, etc.) and I also felt that I won’t be able to meet one or two requirements and qualify. I am new in blogging yet I know that I will surely enjoy it all the more here when there are already so much opportunities available to write about and even more to look forward to.
The first time I saw the web site and my own PPP page, I was so impressed and believed that PPP is really making, helping and giving lots of opportunities to advertisers and bloggers around the world to get advertised and earn. My warm congratulations to those who are already prominent PPP bloggers who are earning so much now! I’m jealous of you guys! You’re simply amazing! That’s the real beauty of blogging. Sharing information and getting rewarded for doing so.
One fine evening after a very long day and energy-draining tennis games with my Filipino tennis mates at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT-Thailand), we sat down altogether, had a nice Indian cuisine for dinner and a super-energized discussion concerning business, computers, web sites, and blogging ideas. Among us was one very experienced blogger who shared with us his experiences about the trade. To me he is the real guru and I look up to him for some advice. We liked the idea that was presented to us, instantly acquired domain names of our own, then immediately hit the road, and the blogging spree began.
As a beginner and a new participant in the blogging arena, I started writing even simple items or posts with high spirits. I have fun, I find it really fun till now. I’m glad that I have discovered this new medium of expression. What’s more interesting is that, PPP gives a lot more opportunities for bloggers to connect to advertisers (vice versa) and also gives them higher dollar amounts in offers. Then you can really feel well rewarded for all the good, hard work done provided that all requirements are met.
Blogging has also helped me earn more friends. I’ve never seen or met some of them in my life, yet, we constantly give each other well wishes, support and inspiration through site visits, comments and/or emails. So, this is just the start—my very first PPP post—and I know that there will be more to come. I just want to congratulate “Ideas Beyond Borders” for having been approved to blog for the PPP advertisers. And what to do with my earnings? Hmm, the list is long for now and I’m afraid the items would eat up so much of my blog space. Cheers!
