Franchising is a way of investing or venturing in a firm’s successful business model. Usual types of this business are chain stores of goods, services or products wherein the investor or the franchisee need not venture on his own idea or create his own business but to buy a right from well-known firm that has a good track record of profitability. For the franchisor, however, franchise is an alternative of creating a chain store to distribute their goods and avoiding additional, expenses and liabilities over the chain. In this practice, both the franchisor and the franchisee benefit from the business.
