208.jpgToday’s early morning meeting with the company’s president was more like a brainstorming session than any other informal meetings that we had. Concerned teams exchanged views and stood up to every point that they believed was very critical to them and the operations. Someone landed in a hot water when he raised an issue that was critical of another group’s performance and received tough beatings from the group. I was under pressure, too, and felt a little uneasy while chatting with my boss sitting next to me. Good that our office furniture was cozy enough to accommodate and compensate the uneasy environment I was in this morning.
