I have been longing of joining yoga to correct my breathing and to restore energy as well as vigor in my body, but sad to say that I really don’t have the luxury of time nowadays. Although I play tennis on weekends and sometimes do golf driving on some days during the week, I still feel that I really need correction in breathing. I notice that I easily get exhausted when playing tennis even at the beginning of the game. Yoga would surely help, so to start with, I need to buy yoga mats now and start conditioning my mind for this additional physical activity. Life is already busy in itself, so why not make it busier huh, but stay healthier? Hmmm…just saying! 😉
