My kids just had their outreach activity in school last December. This outreach program is done annually to extend help to the less fortunate children in and outside school in a province far north from our city. This activity encourages our children to share some of their extra stuffs at home like used clothing, toys, shoes, slippers, textbooks, bags, instant noodles, canned goods and so on which is of great help to some of the children in poor communities. These goods are brought to these recipients in a short program, a short talk and a simple meal shared together. One simple act brightens a lot of simple hearts. Never get tired of helping out to the needy. :)
