Since I was a kid, I often fly to my grandparents’ home in the province during christmas breaks and vacations. There I spend christmas with them, my cousins, uncles and aunts or their local celebrations like their founding anniversaries, patronal fiestas and other festivities. Of course, I always have my presents for my olds like for example, a bottle of wine for grandpa while a pack of cigars for grandma. I can still recall grandpa’s happiest smile when I handed him the wine without minding that it was my last present for him. Sad it may be, I can no longer see that smile anymore. Anyway, I still have grandma and I still can visit her anytime. Oh, the cigar! Avo cigars, the perfect present for her.
